WHEN I MIGRATE MY ACCOUNT WILL MY POINTS AND OFFERS REMAIN IN MY ACCOUNT? 

Absolutely! Any points towards earning a reward, any existing offers and/or gift cards will transfer over. 

How Do I Migrate My Account To the New Mountain Rewards®?

If you have automatic app updates set, your Mountain Rewards® app will update to the latest version. If not, go to the App Store or Google Play Store to update. 

  1. Open the Mountain Rewards® app and select “Yes” to migrate your existing account. 
  2. Use the same email address associated with your current Mountain Rewards® account and complete the required fields.
  3. Verify your account using the steps provided.
  4. Migration complete! An offer for $5 Off Your Purchase will be added to your account. 

 

If you were not prompted to migrate your account, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Sign Up” from the main screen.
  2. Create a new account using the email address associated with your Mountain Rewards® account.
  3. Once you fill out all the required fields and tap register, you will see a pop up that says enter your “Migration Verification Code”.
  4. The migration verification code will be emailed to the email address associated with your Mountain Rewards® account.
  5. Once you enter this code, any points, existing offers and/or gift cards will appear in your account. And, an offer for $5 Off Your Purchase will be added to your account. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ACCOUNT IS MISSING REWARDS, OR SHOWING INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE INFORMATION AFTER MIGRATING?

Reach out to our app support team. This can be done on the app, just find the “More” section, choose “Contact Us” and select “App Support” to type in your question. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN MY REWARDS ACCOUNT, LIKE UPDATE MY PHONE NUMBER?

WHAT IS THE MOUNTAIN MIKE’S PIZZA APP?

A free mobile app for Android and iPhone that allows registered members to earn points for their purchases and get rewarded. Use the app to seamlessly order ahead for dine-in, carryout and delivery. –  Earn status and get new benefits at each tier, receive exclusive and personalized offers, and gain early access to new menu items.

HOW DO I BECOME A MOUNTAIN REWARDS® MEMBER?

Download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store and create an account. Every time you place an order for carryout, delivery or dine-in, use the app and earn points! 

HOW ARE POINTS EARNED? 

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food and non-alcoholic beverages, excluding tax, gratuity, service/delivery fees and gift card purchases. Once you collect 100 points, you earn a $10 reward to use on your favorite menu items. Keep track of your points and rewards in the Mountain Rewards® app under “Rewards”. 

As a Mountain Rewards® member, you can only earn points on purchases made by you. Any attempt to earn points for other guests’ orders (by scanning receipts, at the POS or any other methods) is prohibited. Violators will be terminated or banned from the Mountain Rewards® loyalty program altogether.

DO MY BANKED $ REWARDS OR POINTS EXPIRE?

Banked $ Rewards expire in 180 days. Points do not expire.

WHAT ARE THE STATUS TIERS AND HOW DO I REACH THEM?

  • Base Camp – automatically enter this status with 0-199 points.
  • Mountain Guide – climb to this level with 200-399 points.
  • Trail Blazer – climb to this level after 400+ points.

*Status levels reset 12 months after level is achieved

CAN I EARN POINTS IF I’M ORDERING INSIDE THE RESTAURANT?

Yes, prior to checkout, make sure to provide the cashier with the phone number associated with your Mountain Rewards® account to earn points for your purchase.

CAN I EARN POINTS IF I’M ORDERING ONLINE?

Yes, if ordering online at mountainmikespizza.com you must be logged into your account prior to checkout. If you are signed in as a “guest” when you place your order, we are unable to connect to your account.

CAN I PAY A TIP USING MY APP?

Yes, when you pay with your app, there is an option to add a tip.

I COULD NOT USE MY APP! CAN I STILL GET CREDIT?

Take a picture of your receipt and reach out to our app support team. This can be done on the app, just find the “More” section, choose “Contact Us” and select “App Support” to submit your request.

* Note: The QR code on your receipt expires in 48 hours.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IN ADVANCE OR AHEAD?

Yes, you can order ahead, just like you can on our website as far in advance as you’d like.

All Mountain Mike’s Pizza locations listed on the app.

WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE USING MY MOUNTAIN MIKE’S PIZZA APP, OR AN ERROR MESSAGE OCCURS?

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Call the restaurant and let them know you need to make a change.

I PURCHASED ALCOHOL WITH MY ORDER AND DIDN’T RECEIVE ALL MY POINTS. WHY NOT? 

Points can only be earned on the purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages.
